  • Worked as Resident in Department of Surgery at M.G.M. Medical College for three years.

  • Worked as Resident in Department of Paediatric Surgery, S.M.S. Medical College for two years.

  • Three years as Senior Research Associates in Paediatric Surgery in M.G.M. Medical College, Indore and doing active Paediatric Surgical Practice.

  • Five years working as Asst. Prof. of Paediatric Surgery at MGM Medical College and MY Hospital and since 2005 July Heading Paediatric Surgery.

  • Worked as visiting professor in Paediatric Surgery department of C.S. Mott Children's Hospital at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (USA).

  • Worked as visiting fellow in department of Paediatric Surgery & Urology at University of Illinois Chicago (USA)

  • Worked as visitor fellow under Dr. Alberto Pena at Schneider's Children Hospital at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Long Island, New York (USA).

  • Attended three days intensive workshop on Ano Rectal malformation in children held under guidance of Dr. Alberto Pena, "Father of Ano Rectal Malformation in World', at Schneider's Children Hospital in June 2000 at Long Island (USA).

Special Achievements
  • Received R.C. Jall Gold Medal from University of Indore (Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya) in M.S. General Surgery Exam. in Nov. 1991. This was after a span of 11 years somebody was given this medal.

  • Operated up on a Heteropagus twins which is very rare problem with two reports in World Medical Literature.

  • Achieved high survival rates in Surgery of Oesophageal atresia with Tracheo-oesophageal fistula in Central India, from less than 5% to more than 60%.

  • Invited to give guest lecture and was honoured in Paediatric Department of North Western University of Chicago Illinois (USA) in June 2001.

In neonates problems of congenital malformations like - Tracheo - Oesophageal Fistula, Anorectal malformation, Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia etc. Other problems of surgical faculty in children, paediatric urological problems and paediatric malignancies.
